"Scott and Leo came out and discussed expectations of our project, offering suggestions as we progressed through the inspection. A few days later we were presented with a workorder (contract) that seemed a bit vague but we were assured that our needs would be met and a date was set to begin, weather permitting. A workorder was emailed with some changes we had requested. The roofing crew showed up on the appointed day but seemed disorganized and unsure of what was to take place. We were disappointed that Scott or Leo was not there to initiate the project and to provide us with confidence that such a big undertaking was under control. It was also drizzling that day and I was informed the crew was leaving before much of anything was started. We received apologies from both Scott and Leo for not being there at the onset and they explained the weather concerns. The next day the crew showed up with Scott and Leo who manned the project from that point on and were in constant contact with us. Some unforeseen damages became evident as the shingles and chimney were removed, primarily due to the previous shingles being put on over the plywood with no underlayment. Several other issues arose as the project continued but were substantiated with thorough explanations and we were given the option to do it cheaply or do it correctly. We sincerely appreciate the quality of workmanship and the work ethic of the crew. Though Ampro did not have the polish of some other roofing sales personnel from which we received estimates, we feel we have an excellent and most definitely a properly installed roof. We would recommend Ampro."

"I thought they really did a good job.  It took longer than anticipated but I think that is normal with all contracting work and of course there were some unexpected things that happened which again is typical with contracting work.  They were really good about with listening to me.  They really did a good job and it?s finally done and I finally have my privacy again.  I signed my contract in November last year and it took three months, which is not their fault, for the county to approve my project.  So they did not end up starting until the end of February and they finished last week.    <br /> <br /> It took longer than normal from what they said it would take but it's solid construction.  I can't rate the price because we never had a second bid.  We just saw their work and we liked it and we went for it.  The quality of their work is definitely excellent."

"Scott was quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We met Scott and went of ideas of what we thought we would like. Scott's knowledge and experience in the industry lead us to new ideas and finalizing a plan and design. We scheduled a weekend for the project(yes a weekend) and he showed up at the time discussed, promptly setup, and took off building. Scott and his helper had the project done and cleaned up well before dark. The patio cover is amazing with clean lines and structurally strong. "Timberline Review We had an amazing experience working with Timberline Patios. They designed a 500sqft addition to our already existing covered patio and it is simply amazing. We first met with Skylar who was extremely knowledgeable about the design process as well as offering his take on different styles and what would work for our area. We are still working with him on completing the outdoor kitchen to go with our new patio! After the deigns were submitted to the city, we met with Mario who came to our house almost weekly to walk the project and ensure it was up to our standards, which it always was! Something I really appreciated about Mario was his opinion regarding the concrete pad which Timberline doesn’t do. He referred us to Casey who did an awesome job with our stamped concrete. They then worked together to make sure the concrete and patio were both up to our standards. Jake and Eli were the primary builders for our project with Kyle coming in for the last week or so. I could not recommend Jake and Eli more. They worked so fast and hard to get this project done before our newborn arrived while still maintaining their high standards. They were very communicative about their progress. I really appreciated how clean they were too, especially with a toddler that liked to wander the construction area. Kyle was great when he came in to finish the post wraps and trim work. His attention to detail was suburb. I would recommend Timberline to anyone looking to build or expand an outdoor living area. They are top notch and I can’t wait to continue to work with them through our kitchen design and build!"
