We felt take care of every step of the way and everyone was very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative, and friendly. Our house is older and they made all the super tight spaces and the surprising things done in previous jobs by other people look easy to handle and fix. They kept to their estimated timeline and budget! They also minimized the number of drywall holes that needed to be made to gain access to the fixtures and hook-ups. The upstairs bathroom shower tile was kept in tact by finding ways to get through to the lines from the other side of the wall through a tiny hole made in the back of the towel closet. Same for the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet. Raymond and crew found a way to do one bathroom at a time while keeping the water on at night so we were able to stay in our home while they worked throughout the day. This was much appreciated! Their attention to details and communication were top notch. Everything from putting the grass back on top of the trench that was dug from the street to our house to adding a cap on one of our outdoor faucets. Bringing us up to code in all areas including drilling through our concrete foundation further down than before and adding a new hot water pressure release valve. No more orange water! Actual hot water pressure in each sink and shower! Whole new main stack! No leaks! No more slow drains! Incredibly impressed! Highly recommended!"

"We have been meaning to get our leaky garbage disposal fixed for some time now. We finally scheduled a service time with Hot Water Heater Company. The two plumbers showed up as scheduled and assessed the situation. Rather than charging us the flat rate (which we were told about up front) the plumbers were able to tighten a bolt to quickly fix the leak and left with a hand shake. It is so refreshing to have a professional in my home who is willing to do a stranger a favor! These guys now have a customer for life."

"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."
