Inconsistency in usage between nails and screws. Mistakes made were corrected however wood was not replaced which reflected multiple nail holes. Quality wood was not used consistently. Infrastructure and design was good."

I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof.
