This was my first house wash in 18 years, so it was VERY dirty, with mud wasp nests, insect residue, and mold. The crews arrived in the morning on the agreed upon dates and worked until each part of the job was complete; from pressure washing and sanding to the multiple coats of sealer on the deck. We modified the scope of work half way through to include a second full coat on the whole deck surface due to the age of the wood and how dry it actually was. The first coat was absorbed almost immediately and the second coat really sealed the surface and made a big difference. We are very happy with the work and how the deck looks as compared to how it used to be. We can now actually use the deck and allow our daughter to walk on it without fear of constant splinters."
