I invited them because of presence of mold and odors. The house was thoroughly inspected not only for those problems we concerned of, but for all other possible hazards. Jeff and Connie spent as much time at our house as it was needed to complete all the aspects of required inspection. Each room, even every little space, furnace, AC unit, stove, refrigerator were inspected. Shortly after appointment I got detailed reports with photos and multiple very helpful recommendations. "Northeast Remediation performed deleading on my home, involving replacement of windows and the garage door. The house passed re-inspection for full compliance as soon as they were finished. The only issue was that they had problems getting one of their suppliers to provide a custom sized replacement garage door in a timely manner. This delayed fully completing the job by about a month while they found a different supplier. However, they were generally very responsive with communication and the work quality was good so I would not hesitate to use them again."
