We had a new trex deck built on the back of our house (off the second (main) floor, it's a daylight basement), as well as open up a current window and install new patio sliders (and drywall/trim) to access the new deck. The quality is excellent. The crew was nice, considerate of cleanliness, and sectioned off the rest of our house from the door opening to keep dust/debris outside. They even accommodated our request to not install the door on a cold snowy day :) The cost and construction draw schedule was very fair, and Florencio was easy to get a hold of and communicates well."

The actual construction took only 3 months which was way faster than I was expecting and everything was done with a very high attention to detail and integrity. We had an unrelated fire happen during the job (a dryer fire unrelated to the work) but luckily the team was there and was able to put it out and save the house from a lot of fire damage.
