"I was disappointed on installation day because everything that was promised was not relayed to the installer. It was put in my contract that they would extend my gutter spouts but when the installer came, they did not about this and they had to go to the store for materials. There was also only one installer and it wasn’t a small job. Also, I was told that workers were employed and not contractors and this was a lie. I was also told that the policy was that the workers do not climb on the roof and yet, the installer was walking on my roof. And just like every other company, they jacked up the price and said that if I installed immediately, they would bring down the price. I found out after the job that I severely overpaid even with all the discounts they gave me. Just another sales company looking to make their quota. Overall, the product looks like it will work well but I still have to wait for our first fall/rain."
