I never felt rushed and all my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful. This multi month complete renovation of my kitchen and mud room with took place in the summer of 2023 could have been much more taxing if the guys hadn't been so great to get along with. "Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.

"The contractors got right to the job. Came and started and finished on time. The job was wonderful. 400-500 living room with hallway. Floors are original from 1960s and look very nice. 3 layers of clear coat and stain."

"Tom, was very professional and understanding. Work, once started only seemed like a few days. They contractors were clean and polite. Noise was kept to a minimum. Wish I needed more work done. Their number is still on my fridge!"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."
