"I have my dream kitchen, thanks to Mr. Fix It/Bath Masters. We had an atypical plan, using Ikea cabinets according to a plan we designed. Although this was Mr. Fix Its first Ikea installation, they were great sports and were meticulous in getting it right. We put together the cabinets to save money and time, but they installed them. I work from home, so I was nervous to see how a remodel was going to work while I was on conference calls and emails the entire day, but they were nothing but professional and surprisingly not that noisy. They cleaned up at the end of every day, with the exception of their drywaller, which they warned me about as being messy. Once the finish product was ready to enjoy, I've loved it every day since!
We encountered some challenges, as you will with any down-to-the-studs remodel for the bath and kitchen, but they did a great job at addressing what needed to happen. For example, we have an old house, and when the tile was installed in the shower, I wasn't pleased with some of the workmanship - some of it was caused by uneven walls and some that was because the tile people messed up in the details. With the part that he could control, Darrell made sure to get it fixed and very quickly.
The one complaint I have with Darrell was the lack of notice and communication on when he needed the payment installments. I suggest you ask for 3 days notice before a request for payment.

"Paul and his team are true professionals. They went above and beyond and installed, repaired and left me with fantastic looking garage. Not only do these gentlemen know drywall, they can fix drywall problems and they do great work! They did a site survey, provided me an estimate and firm start date. They were true to the price (which I consider very competitive) and began and finished on the day they said they would. I would hire them again in a second! Plus, they are simply nice guys, easy and fun to be around. They truly enjoy their work. If you choose to go with them you’ll have friends for life. Nothing but good. "I do not hesitate to recommend Greg Ferguson for remodeling projects. The first thing I like about Greg is that he answers all phone calls or texts and shows up when he says he will. He was willing to change plans and try new techniques from what had been planned when problems came to light resulting from previous original building faults. Because it was such a large project in which the cost of many of the items could not be estimated in advance, his cost was for labor only. The project was finished within the time expected. During this project Greg was cognizant of costs, making suggestions that resulted in lower costs. His workers were always on time and I had no concern about them being in my house in terms of security. All were most courteous during this project and were a pleasure to work with. When other contractors whom I had contracted with before he agreed to do the work showed up to install countertops, sand floors, etc., Greg and his workers worked around their schedules and he was very supportive in making sure that their participation in our project was accommodated. In short, Greg is easy to work with and has a very high standard of craftsmanship. We have already asked Greg put us on his schedule to do some work on the outside of house!"
