"I can't rave enough about Zoom Drain. I hope I am leaving it for the correct branch as I understand this is a franchise. I asked my service technician which location they are based out of and he said Escondido. I had a shower clogged in my house and I usually just hand snake it. My snake is 25 feet long but the clog was beyond that. I visited Angi's List and it recommended several plumbers. I got several but the most courteous was Zoom Drain. They offered to come out in the morning and take a look with a no obligation quote. They told me they did not know what it was but a service technician would come out and quote it. Sam M. came out and he arrived on time exactly at the time they said they would be here. He sent me a text 30 minutes when he was on his way. He arrived with an apprentice and they were very neat and put on booties before they entered my house. They diagnosed it and quoted me $291 to unclog it. He said they would also guarantee the work for 30 days."

They kept me updated as they completed the project and made recommendations when needed. "Excellent service! We scheduled Plumbing Plus to replace the hot and cold cartridge's in a sink faucet and a tub pop-up drain and overflow gasket. Jared N. quickly assessed the problems. The faucet was so corroded with water deposits that it could not be dismantled to simply replace the hot and cold cartridge's. So Jared replaced the entire faucet with a high quality replacement. After the tub pop-up drain was replaced, Jared checked for leaks by looking in a 'trap door' in the ceiling below the tub that was left after the tub was replaced in an earlier remodel. Jared discovered that the entire tub drain was leaking and need to be replaced, which he did. He also corrected a problem with the drain pipe left from the previous remodel. Although the job was much more complex than expected, Jared was professional, efficient, and extremely cheerful throughout . We highly recommend Jared and Plumbing Plus"

"About two weeks ago we noticed a small amount of water below the water heater and immediately knew we needed to have it checked out. We called out a company to check it out who informed us we had an internal leak and would need it replaced.  At this point I went to Angie's list to find local plumbing companies and after looking at several models and brands of water heaters we knew we wanted to go with a Bradford white, the same brand we had.  I then researched companies that offered this brand and found Top Notch Plumbing.  After speaking with Gordon on the phone and explaining what the issue was he quoted us over the phone. I then read reviews on his company before moving forward.  I called him back a couple days later to make an appointment. He was able to get us in the next morning.  His appointment was at 9AM and he was on time!!  He replaced the earthquake straps and a gas line that ran to the water heater.  He didn't have to replace them, but was honest and knew they needed to be replaced.  I was very impressed with Gordon, he completed the install about 2 hours after he arrived and went over everything before he left.  Within 20 mins of him leaving we had hot water, hotter water than we ever did before!  Thank you so much Gordon of Top Notch Pluming! "The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out. <br />"

"Saturday morning we were awakened by a drip-drip-drip from the ceiling, which turned out to be a pinhole leak in a cold water line in our attic. The timing could not have been worse, as we were hosting a party that afternoon at 4! Deanna was super responsive, and at 11 committed to have a tech do the work in time for the party. When I hadn't heard by 1:30, I checked in. Her tech had run into problems with the job he was currently working on. She and Justin (and the other client) teamed up to suspend the other job for a few hours to get our leak fixed. Justin arrived at 2:40 and did a thorough and professional job.
