"Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."

"I was quickly looking for a lawn service to cut my grass on periodic occasions as it was late spring early summer and I was looking to sell or rent my property.  They responded quickly to my call and email message through Angies list.  They did a good job on the cut.  There was a mix-up with the property line but they came right back and made the cut adjustment.  They were very easy to work and communicate with throughout the process.

"My experience with TLC Inc. was a very positive one! I had a well/cistern that was leaking onto my lawn. Apparently the drainage system had deteriorated over the years. Mr. Drew Hall came out to look and discuss the project. When we later met at TLC to discuss solutions, Mr. Hall clearly explained what has to be done and showed me photos of a similar project. Mr. Hall also worked efficiently with my town’s public works and the county agency to create a system that was satisfactory for all. As the work progressed, Mr. Hall diligently kept me updated. "It went outstanding. I called the company on short notice. I normally cut my own lawn, but had recently been sick, so I was not able to cut it. I called another company and they gave me a quote and time and never showed up. I was really disappointed. I called Atlantic and they gave me a quote and said they could be out to my house the next day. They showed up, cut the grass, and edge it. It was done professionally. The commercial services do a great job. They have high power mowers that don't leave clippings on the lawn. Overall it was a great job."

"I would highly recommend this company. Brett was very accommodating in terms of time, job turnaround, and expertise when it came to specific needs I had. There was clear communication throughout the process and no major problems at all. + great service + professional + efficient + timely + honest + accommodating While installing the irrigation system, the workers took care to not disturb my lawn to the best that they could. This included placement of water lines in lower traffic areas, placing excess soil from digging in an area that would not damage existing grass, and site clean-up. Brett was very responsive. This is important to me when working with contractors. He was very courteous and mindful of my own working schedule. He worked with his team to ensure that I was satisfied with their work. I just paid my final balance and there were no surprise charges. It is the beginning of the fall so I will not have much time use my new sprinkler but am confident I will continue to be satisfied come the spring and will update this review if anything should change."
