"Promt response, icensed asbestos assessor and abatement professional. Diligent and qualified."

"S&P Asbestos responded to my request for asbestos abatement on my detached garage roof within 24 hours and scheduled a team for removal within 3 days. The crew worked hard, got it done in 1 day, and left the garage cleaner than they found it. I couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend."

"Great! They were on time, neat and very easy to deal with. The process couldn’t have went any smoother. I highly recommend for any asbestos or Mold removal!"

"I worked with Stephen. We had purchased an older home (100 years?) in West Philly, 52nd and Pine area. We were a few weeks into the rehab, with only a few more left before move-in had to happen, when we discovered the asbestos on the duct work in the walls, and possibly in the attic crawlspace insulation. We needed testing and removal/abatement done thoroughly and quickly. They helped arrange rapid analysis of the attic insulation (came back negative!!!). The abatement was completed in the narrow and specific window of time we needed. The clean-up was thorough. Given the nature of the work, and the importance of doing it right, asbestos abatement isn't inexpensive. We found the price to be fair. Overall, they exceeded expectations."

"I had a great experience working with She Demos. They provided asbestos abatement for my basement; Derrick was thorough, communicative, friendly, and made sure we understood the process from start to finish. I feel so much safer in our new house with all the old tile gone!"

"Eric and his team are amazing! Very knowledgeable on asbestos and very methodical in the removal of said asbestos. I enjoyed their work so much that I hired them for a mold project as well. They complete the job to your satisfaction. Very down-to- Earth and family-oriented. Two thumbs up ð ð ð"

"I highly recommend them for asbestos removal. I found them under Certified Asbestos Abatement Companies. Randy the owner was extremely knowledgeable. Jesica (Financial accountant) was easy to deal with and a great communicator. His crew were friendly, courteous and extremely hard working. They did everything according to asbestos standards and left my house clean and ready for my flooring project followed by the asbestos inspection. Twenty four hours later, I received my Clean Air Certificate. Prompt response, quick quote, and great service. I would definitely recommend again."

"This company always answered my phone calls, which was most important to me. I was on a really short time crunch to get this project done in time before my settlement of selling my house and I'm so pleased with the price and how quickly they got the job done. I spoke with 6 other asbestos companies and at least half of them told me they could not remove it from the ductwork, the ductwork would have to come out all together, which i didnt want spend money on new ductwork. Anthony Villani was able to remove the asbestos from the ductwork and did it for the best price. Thank you guys so much!"

"Excellent work. John News was very responsive right from the start. He and his workers removed all the carpet and the asbestos floor tiles that were the culprit. They arrived on time and finished the work leaving me a clean room and a certificate indicating the air levels at completion. My daughter in law had rejected living there when she was informed by a carpet salesperson that under the carpet in the family room were asbestos tiles. Now the room is asbestos free and my family is moving in next week. Thanks so much to John News and Roe Services. I would use them or recommend to anyone who is in need of this service. ???"
