After a few questions on the phone, Gerry felt it was a failed fan. He was able to come out the next day and brought a new fan motor with him. After a few minutes of taking apart the inside of the freezer, he found that the fan blade had slipped down it's shaft and become immobile. He made some adjustments to the shaft, refit the fan blade, and found that the motor worked fine. No need to install a new motor. He was smart, quick and honest. No charge for parts, just the labor, $85. He saved us a lot of money."
