"What I like the very most about this company is their price transparency. Everything is itemized out to the smallest detail making their quotes very easy to understand. Perhaps rivaling this, is their responsiveness to phone calls or texting. I can always get a hold of someone or get called back right away. Everyone in this company is super, super, SUPER polite and when any issues arise they are quick to offer great solutions to keep your projects on schedule. I am very happy with the quality of the vinyl flooring install and the hardwood floor refinishing that was done. I am particularly impressed with the floor lacquer that was recommended for the hardwood flooring. I have already had an estimate for my next job with them."

"Everyone at Arvid’s was GREAT and so easy to work with. They made our master bath remodel a complete success. Provided excellent selections to choose from and advice on colors & pattern choices. Until we went to Arvid’s we were lost. They made it so easy! For the upcoming kitchen update I won’t go anywhere else!"

"Rubin came out to look at the job and discussed an additional job I was considering. He did not send the estimate for the second job, but then did communicate the information to me when he came out to do the first job. Rubin was very professional, personable and a clear communicator. I had purchased and Angie Big Deal of three hours for $99 dollars expecting the job would require an additional 1-2 hours. His estimate and final price came out about what I expected. His work was very good. I will have him back to do the second job of refinishing the walls in the bathroom."

"I purchased a home to basically gut it and rework it from the ground up. Pacific Performance came in and took the project on for me. They did an immaculate job helping my vision become a reality, quite literally from the ground up. They helped by offering a variety of material options to me so that we could find the perfect fit for my home and completed it with exceptional timing. 10/10 would recommend for any future remodeling needs."

"It went great!! Harry Wheeler is amazing! I needed this done as soon as possible when I contacted him and he made it happen. I needed these repairs done to sell my home and he came through for me. The price was more than I had anticipated, but the service he provided was well worth the price."

".Although Jake is a very nice person, he needs to communicate!!!!!! Before we agreed on a price, there were times that we didn't hear from Jake for 2 weeks. The previous rating was a little generous.
Now, 8 months later, we had Jake install a new kitchen faucett. The hot and cold water lines under the sink were put on backwards. Example: left knob is cold--right knob hot. Called him on the phone ( he was actually reached) and explained the problem. He said he would return the following day. Nothing. I have left him 3 messages to call me-no return calls. If you want to hire this company, beware of no return calls.

"Quick, efficient, and professionally done work."

"I'd hire 1st Class Services again. Kevin, the owner, was very nice and provided good service. He visited our property to give us a free estimate for replacing a sliding glass door, and he was able to do the job in the same week. There were some additional costs on the project, but Kevin kept to the original bid."
