"I can t say enough about the owner, Shad. I had marble floors that were scratched, cracked and pitted. Shad worked endless hours on our floors to make them look brand new. I am shocked at the difference. Shad is all about making the customer happy , he is detailed oriented and takes pride in his work. Customer service is excellent. "Stone Medics is a two person company started by a team with decades of experience. Our craftsman, Daymian Morton (Owner), arrived on time, prepared, and was a complete professional. I was very nervous about handing over my grandmotherâ s marble tops, but Daymian was so competent and comfortable that he put me right at ease. After Daymianâ s cleaning, polishing, and sealing, my marble looks AMAZING!! He carried the pieces back to their places in our home and took time to explain care and maintenance of the newly polished marble. I intend to have him back again to work on he granite in the kitchen. You can be sure that your stone is in excellent hands with Stone Medics and Daymian Morton. "Robert tuckpointed our chimney and re-built the crown. He matched the existing mortar color exactly. He sprayed sealant over the mortar. The job took about a day and a half.  He erected a scaffold from which to work. The work was done very carefully and professionally. He also tuckpointed a few other cracks he found in the stone facade of our house. He was careful to not damage our gutters, roof, siding, plants or lawn. He cleaned up completely afterwards. 

We were very pleased with the job and recommend him unreservedly. We will recommend him to our neighbors and friends."

Even when part of my ceiling collapsed in the middle of him working and I'm running around to ensure he was alright, he was more concerned that it didn't fall on me or the dogs. "BOB THE REMODELER/TILER WAS GOOD ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. THIS WAS A RELATIVELY SMALL JOB, AND HE ACTUALLY CAME ON A SATURDAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT. SINCE BOTH I AND MY HUSBAND WORK, THIS WAS VERY CONVENIENT FOR US. THE BATHROOM WAS NEAT WHEN HE LEFT IT AND HE DID A VERY NICE JOB OF THE TILE WORK. "I was in need of some repairs to ceramic tile, hardwood floor and carpet. They came out and gave an estimate for all three repairs. They were lower than another company. I had cracked tile on my hearth, they came and removed the tile, put cement board down and then installed the tile and put a trim around the edge as it's higher than the previous installation. The hardwood floor we thought we would have to replace 7 boards, but after sanding, it's salvagable without replacing it. The carpet repairs were to some damage areas between rooms. I had pieces of new carpet from the original installation. They put in a new section and then used that part to replace some smaller spots.  All the repairs were done quickly and professionally.  They were very protective of my floors and put carpet padding under their tools.  They cleaned up quickly when done.  I would use them again for repairs or installation.

"My husband dealt with them and I think everything was fine. We didn't have much issues with it and it was positive. We had an issue with the stone people. We had an issue with the sink, they didn't order the right faucet and we ended up having some trouble with that for quite some time but it was fixed in the end. There's an issue with the sink and the countertops that the owner came out and actually saw it and he wasn't happy with what the employees did so they redid. He made us happy in the end but there was some snags. It looks fine and we were happy. They have to come out and redo it but it would have been done the right way in the first place."
