"Incredibly kind and courteous, drywall professional, who came to repair two patches left over from our projects this previous year. They got us in super quick, the entire team had great communication and I cannot say enough for the drywall professional, and how kind he was with our house, our dog and worked around my work from home call schedule. 5 stars, 10/10 absolutely would recommend "

"They arrived on time, ready to work, and took time enough to understand the problem before breaking out the tools. They worked efficiently, asking questions about the source of the problem, and were friendly. They also picked up all the mess before they left- I told them I would recommend them to my neighbors if they have a roofing or construction job!"

"We did our due diligence and received several quotes from local roofers. Orezona was a referral from a friend who is a realtor and she was right. Their quote was done in a timely manner and was the most competitive. They tore off at least 4 layers of old roofing and installed a new one in less than a week. Orezona showed up on time, cleaned up each day, had courteous workers, and stayed within their estimate! I couldn't be more pleased with this company."

FAQs for flat, foam, or single ply roofing installation and replacement projects in Eugene, OR

Many roofing pros point to PVC as the top performer on flat roofs thanks to its tough seams and long-term waterproofing. A properly installed PVC membrane can last 30 years or more, resisting ponding water and harsh weather with ease. You will pay more up front than you would for EPDM, but the added durability often translates into fewer repairs and a lower cost per year of service.

Yes, a rubber roof is an environmentally friendly choice. Most rubber membranes contain recycled content and can reflect heat, which helps trim cooling bills in hot weather. Manufacturing has a lighter footprint than many traditional materials, and the long lifespan means fewer tear-offs headed to the landfill. If sustainability is a priority, ask your roofer about brands that carry third-party eco-certifications and confirm they meet local environmental standards.
