"We used the Bath Planet side of Home Pro of West Michigan to do a bath to shower conversion in our master bathroom and a bathroom in our lower level. The process began in Nov 2021 and finished in March 2022. The actual remodel only took a few days, but the waiting period for parts from the Bath Planet supplier/manufacturer was the delay. The material and workmanship of the install was top notch. Any issue pointed out was quickly addressed to our satisfaction. The crew always showed up on time, laid down tarps to maintain cleanliness in our home, worked non-stop, and left a clean workspace at the end of the day. The installation manager, Collin, was always on top of things and communication was easy and pleasant. Members of the install crew were polite at all times. They didn't treat us like idiots and always answered any questions related to the project. Their goal was to ensure happy clients. Some may consider the remodel somewhat on the pricey side, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. "I set up the date with Jay Nyboer to come out on June 25th that way I could be home while the work got done. They showed up on time and I was amazed on just how fast they worked. They had all the equipment that was needed on the job and it didn't take them long to remove the old shingles and start the new. 

I had went out and offered water and they politely declined because they brought their own. They were nice to talk to and I got that warm feeling from them. Very honest with everything they did. I even got a full breakdown of all the supplies and the cost. They were done by late afternoon. They even cleaned up the old shingles and disposed of them by their selves. 

 I was greatly impressed with the overall job and how they got it done in a timely manner for me. I no longer have to worry this winter of my garage leaking. They even offered a 2 year warranity with their product. 

I have referred them to some of my friends and family that were working for work to be done on their homes. I have them actually coming back in the late fall to replace a bathroom window with the wood trim that needs to be replaced. All the prices were reasonable and not to high. I paid $1265.75 for the roof after taxes, 

The window that  I need replaced they were kind enough to look at while I had them here and that they said shouldn't cost me that much. I have not contacted them yet for the quote due to I am limited on funds at the moment and  cannot afford it till this fall.

"Before replacing the tub, he had to build up the walls so he could attach the new tub and walls of tub. He and his co worker both worked very hard and steady. Nice to talk to. Informative. Quality work. Both men. I liked the fact that Chad was going to stick to his first quote with us, even though neither of us knew about the need to build up the existing walls before his quote. He not only tore out existing tub, he took all waste materials with him. He is a patient man and works without complaint. Twice I had to go and exchange wrong parts I had bought, and he just kept working on other things until I returned. A few days later I heard from him with a follow up call. He wanted to know if there were any problems. There weren't any. He offers integrity and quality work. I would and will recommend  All Around Plumbing LLC to anyone with a plumbing need.
