"We hired Intelligent to replace our old wood deck with a covered composite deck. We received bids from 4 different companies and all the bids came reasonably close. Only 3 of 4 companies were willing to install a roof over the deck. Our deciding factor was the variety of decking to choose from, the quality of decking, the timeline and how well Tom their sales person answered our questions and did not pressure us. He came to our house twice and we exchanged several emails prior to us signing the contract. We actually had one more company scheduled to give us a bid but after our second meeting with Tom we were ready to book the job. The owner Mike and his office person Andrew maintained contact with us and answered questions. The job ended up costing a little more and took a little longer than expected. It was due to 2 unexpected issues beyond Intelligent or our control which caused a slight change in drawings, engineer approval and city inspection. Love our new covered deck!! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed."

"Great over-all experience with Fence and Deck Depot from the initial estimate to fence installation. Salesman was very knowledge about their fence products and did not pressure to buy. Office staff kept us well informed about the fence installation scheduling. The crew did a excellent job installing the fence and before they left washed down the vinyl fence and completely cleaned up the yard. A few weeks after the install we noticed one gate needed tweaking. They came the very next day and made the adjustment. The quality of their vinyl fence material is well above any other company we received bids from. We would highly recommend this company."

"We had a hard time finding someone to help us re-finish our basement as most companies did not think it was a big enough job (although we did want dry-wall replaced and repaired, putting up of new drywall and removal of a non-weight bearing wall (as well as building a small cabinet to conceal our sump pump and another one to conceal a electrical panel). Sebastian came out same day as I contacted him and looked over the room in order to work up a quote for me. Unlike the other contractors I had been speaking to, he really LISTENED to what we wanted (not what he wanted to do with the place) which was reflected in the quote he returned to me the next day. After looking over the quote (which we believed to be very competitive) we decided to have him price out a few additional things, and again he came out a couple of days later (we contacted him on thanksgiving and he came out the Saturday after) to do some more measurements and then again returned an updated quote the next day. We signed the contracts that Monday and Sebastian and his crew were able to start working that Wednesday which was awesome (again, most of the other contractors we had spoken to would not have been able to start work until February). Throughout the whole process Sebastian and his crew were wonderful to work with. He really worked around our schedule and were actually able to finish the project ahead of time which was a nice surprise. Upon completion of the project he had us "inspect it" to see if we wanted him to change/fix anything but we could not find anything. He then assured us that if we found something later we could always contact him then. If you want to work with a customer service focused company that will work around your schedule and deliver what you ask for, and to a great price, I would definitely recommend SASV construction, LLC. We will definitely hire them again for our next project!"
