"I hired this company to do a high-end renovation of my bathrooms. They assured me the renovations would look good and would be top of the line. This is not the case. They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. I now have to hire a lawyer to sue them to make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. Every single aspect of the remodel is worse than before they started"

"I do not recommend Bath Planet. The cost is exorbitant for such a pretty product made with poor quality materials and shoddy installation. There is too much give in the flimsy walls and pan. After only a month, I had to have someone come in and recaulk. It took a LOT of caulk for the big gaps. Yes, there was mold. Then, two years later, yet another issue. We noticed a squishing sound in the hall, then water started coming up between the floorboards. It took a plumber two trips (and a week of using no water in that end of the house - no dishwasher, kitchen sink, laundry, or bathroom) so the floors could dry and he could find the source of the water. Turns out, the shower drain was not properly installed, or perhaps it had worked itself loose with the flimsy bendable pan. Water was draining between the concrete slab and our pvc laminate flooring. Yes, I am upset. I am so sorry I allowed Bath Planet anywhere near my house."

"Excellent people and the work was done on time and on budget. They exceeded my expectations and Randy is great at letting you know the schedule and when everything will be done. I had a leak which included foundation repair, sheetrock repair, replacing the hardwood floor, trimming down some doors, laying new vapor barrier under my house and regrouting a shower. The hardwood matches exactly and I could not be more pleased with the Johnson Brothers. They came highly recommended to me by a large foundation company in the area that could not work on my old house since my crawl space was not tall enough. They told me that there are alot of people that say they do foundation work, and some may be cheaper, but if you want someone that knows what they are doing call the Johnson Brothers. I totally agree!"
