I was very pleased that he found these difficiencies before the painting was started. He painted my deck and the railings. I was extremely pleased with the results. I also found that his price was reasonable and within my budget. I think Mr. Mejia is very professional and meticulous. His desires are to please the customer and leave a positive impression of his workmanship."

"I contracted with All Inclusive in early February. Unfortunately the weather was not co-operating. It was either too cold or always raining. But Ferlando kept me in the loop on when he would be able to start on my project, which was extensive to say the least. But once the weather got decent and they started on the project they had it finished faster than I would have thought possible and better than I'd ever imagined. My house looks brand new and I have to say this was probably the best money I've spent on this place. And it was more than reasonably priced. Their estimate to do the work was SUBSTANTIALLY below the other estimates I'd gotten and the work was superb. They even repaired things I wasn't expecting. The crew was courteous, friendly and a joy to have around. Whenever I need any jobs done All Inclusive will be the first that I call and the first I recommend to anyone needing home repairs."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Not very well. The cost and budget for the project was agreed upon prior to the hiring Ideal. There was not enough time was alloted for the project.. I had to be out there the entire time; if not it would have been worst. 1) All areas to be Weed Whacked were not done. A Banana Tree and Hibiscus shrub were lost during the whacking. 2) The tree limbs on one tree were cut back farther than requested creating/ leaving excess logs, tree limbs and debris at my home which defeats the purpose of cleaning my yard. The tree on the side of the house with the limb hovering over the roof , .the main limb that we discussed and agreed would be removed was not.. I had to move some of the smaller limbs cut from the side of the house. The issue that I have is the contractor created more debris by not following my instruction/ wishes. Although he hauled away some of the logs and debris, I now have allot of debris that I now have to pay someone to haul off my property. If the project had been done as I asked. The debris could have been cut up and taken away by the county. The Pieces left behind were not cut up small enough to do so. I expressed my concerns, Ideal was to come back the following day with a bigger truck to remove the debris for $100. This was a week ago. I don't feel that I should pay to remove debris that would be non-exsistent if he had followed my wishes. They bagged yard waste in black plastic bags that coukd have been put in the paper bags and hauled away by the county. They were planning to leave my home with piles of yard waste left throughout the yard."

"Not well. There was many areas left not clean. When cleaning the windows still noted cleaning spray not wiped off still noted dust and debris at window . Also still noted areas that needed cleaning on doors and closets Mention these items prior to cleaning Still remain. Upstairs sink had a ring in it . Attempted to call x 2 after services. No returned call. Had to call several times in order to get an appointment.
