My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. My Dad doesn’t need a new one. I asked what we owed and he said no charge. I was floored and felt bad because he had fixed the old one. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were.
