Clean up each evening and neatly stack unused materials, etc, so there is no mess lying around the yard, etc. Check in during process, to be sure things are being repaired as expected. If anything turns up that requires more work/mateirals than originally estimated, they will contact you to go over it & get approval before doing. These folks are VERY busy so there may be a fair waiting period (which they will let you know how long) but it is worth it. <br />"
