He explained the operation of the thermostats as he installed them. Without my input, he also brought the same replacement thermostats I had opted for in my online search. He was also animate that he rechecked all 3 zones again before leaving. It was easy to grasp how knowledgeable he was as an electrician. He came prepared with the necessary tools, instead of running back and forth to his truck.
