"We hired Vic and his team to replace a gas range with electric. This task was complicated by the need to upgrade our electrical panel and run new cables to support the new range. We also needed to cap off the old gas line and repair and paint drywall. They made sure that everything was up to code (including correcting an existing problem they found with grounding) pulled the required permit and arranged for inspection of the completed work. We were impressed by their professionalism throughout. As well as doing quality work they also were very careful to protect our home and clean up once complete. We were very pleased with the finished job and would definitely hire them again."

"After experiencing water damage to my kitchen/dining room, I sought a contractor to do drywall, flooring & painting. In addition, to construct a new pantry door, and change out my remaining, first floor hardwoods for porcelain tile. I immediately felt a "good vibe" from Yariel from Bello Home Solutions. He was organized/systematic, detail oriented, very "engaged" with my project needs and personable. He and the Bello Home solutions team were expeditious and did high quality work. "Chris has done multiple repairs for me and others in our HOA. I’ve had him replace flooring, plumbing and light fixtures, repair drywall, etc. I sometimes just build a list of things, Chris comes by and gives an estimate and a time he can start the work. I leave him a key, he comes in and gets the work done while I’m at work. I come home, everything is finished, cleaned up, and I send him payment. Chris is competitive with estimates and very honest and dependable. His communication is excellent. I couldn’t recommend him more highly."

"We found that the wall in our laundry closet was soft and damp. After opening the wall a bit we found massive water damage. Ray with Lopez Bros Construction responded quickly to our request for quote, came out and assessed the damage, and gave us an idea of what it would cost. He then pointed out the demo work that was needed and offered to allow us to do what we could of the work to save us money. Once the demo work we could do ourselves was done, Ray and his crew came out to complete it and then identify where the leak was. This had clearly been going on for some time as the entire floor and subfloor was completely rotten. Ray coordinated the plumber to fix the leak, remove the water heater that was in the garage on the other side of the laundry wall as it was pressing through the other side. After allowing several days for everything to dry out, Ray and his crew then began building back the floor and the walls. Work was completed within a week. Everyone was professional and careful to keep the mess to a very minimum. Ray communicated everything he found, his plan to fix, and showing progress throughout the project. He always let us decide how far to go (removing the water heater and repairing the other side of the wall was our decision) and never pressed to do any more than what we were comfortable with. The project was much bigger than expected, but the price of the work wasn't much more than what was originally discussed. SUPER happy with Lopez Bros work!"

"Pros: The employee who did the work did a great job, he was left alone to work on the house most days and only had help for a short period. They worked with the customer to pick a plan and did not force anything without agreement of the customer. Cons: Was difficult to work with when something changed. Their electrical contractor misquoted codes and when brought up that I didn't want him doing the work (as he was attempting to charge an additional $4,000.00 to move the breaker box that was not necessary) it was difficult to have the estimate reflect that work was not being done. It appears that they do not have a cost per line estimate system that they can provide to the customer if requested. Also it seemed as though they took his job as a second job to do when they didn't have something better. There were times that I wondered if the contractor would even show up and what was quoted as a 7 day job ended up taking close to 6 weeks. Also have not finished adding the privacy glass in the bathroom window as was ordered. They advised the window store messed up and they would be out to fix the problem, this was approx 1 month ago and I haven't heard anything to date. Overall - Good Builders but don't plan to have great communication or the job completed on the timeline they gave."

"Vic did an excellent job for us on many projects--a major deck refinishing, rebuilding a 100+-year old window seat, resuspending sagging kitchen cabinets, repairing and replacing some outdoor cedar siding and stairs. These varied projects required not only excellent carpentry but also innovative thinking to resolve some of the construction issues involved in this quirky old house. We were expecting to have to replace the deck but he convinced us it would be better, and more cost effective, to instead refinish the old cedar boards, replacing only a few boards--and he was right. He could have charged us more for new decking, but didn't--this impressed us. He's honest, reliable, and good at solving problems."
