"They installed a brand name furnace for me. It was pricey but it was dead in the middle of winter and Covid pandemic with shortages. They showed up on time and took care of everything in Ludington the PSE rebate"

"We had an install from Greenwood in our new home and it is amazing! The staff was so kind and cleaned everything up, and the AC and heat works great. This is a company I would highly recommend!"

"I appreciated the super fast response and same-day quote and installation. Zack was my technician and he was great."

"We had such a great experience with Cascadia Comfort! Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained everything, and made the whole process feel really easy. Our central AC is working perfectly, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We would definitely recommend Cascadia Comfort to friends and family!"

"They were able to make things work for a very quick install and I really liked Teo and his son, Miguel who installed it. Very nice, responsive and did a good job. Price was competitive with all the other quotes and timing/service was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!"

"Very quick response and installed the unit in a professional manner. The city inspector appraised their work."

"Cory and Joe were fantastic. The installations went without a hitch. The overall cost was lower than three other quotes I had received for the job. At the beginning of the A/C install I noticed the water heater was leaking, and they were able to replace it the next day. I will definitely use them again."

"This was not the cheapest company I spoke to, but they asked more questions about the installation than any of the others and showed me they were thorough and thinking about the "whole house" picture, not just this gas appliance. Having just recently (for other work) experienced difficulty when the person giving the quote was not the installer, I appreciated that the plumber/installer doing the work gave the quote. That way they knew all the previous discussions about the quirks in this job - and there were several. Also, it built in accuracy and accountability to the quote. Very professional and courteous."

"Mark and his guys helped us install a new AC last summer. They arrived on time and did a great job! So when I was looking for someone to do the maintenance of our furnace, I called them. Todd went above and beyond my expectations. He finished the job and even helped fix my hinge. Both Mark and Todd strike me as very genuine people. And I would definitely hire them again!"

"I had three estimates at our house for our conversion from a gas forced-air furnace to a heat pump/gas furnace installation.  I was most impressed by Evergreen's rep. Scott, as he was very helpful in explaining the technology and was the only one of the three to do a J load calculation on our home.  I also felt after the estimates were all given that Evergreen's was the best buy in terms of the product features vs. overall cost.   As I researched our installation I realized that my mother's all-electric home would be better served by a heat pump as well.  Again, Scott did the best job of all three estimators there as well.

After the down payment of 50% of the cost the installation was set up within two weeks for both locations.  The work was done on time and efficiently.  My mother's job was done in a few hours, mine took a couple of days.  I'm happy to say that both units are performing perfectly, through both the colder weather of March and the warmer than usual days we've had in April.

There were a couple of things that should be mentioned, not major issues but worth noting.

The installation of our heat/pump and furnace did not meet City Code on the initial inspection as the condensation pump was placed on the floor.   City code required it to be 18 inches off the floor due to a potential for an explosion should there be a gas leak.  The correction was done within a few days, but I did have to schedule a city inspector on two different days.   The city inspector remarked that the installer 'should have known better'.

On my mom's split heat pump the indoor blower unit began making a loud clanking noise one month into use.  Evergreen was quick to come out, mom called on Sunday morning and was able to have a crew come out the next day.  Apparently the installers had missed a mounting clip on the external cover of the indoor unit and over time the casing sagged enough that the rotating fans began to hit the inside of the case.

Several weeks after our work was done I was called by the financial office asking me to pay the remaining 50% balance.  I pointed out that it had been paid on the day the work was done, but apparently the payment was not correctly registered as having been paid by their accounting office.  Fortunately I was able to point to my credit card statement indicating that the balance had been paid in full.

Overall Evergreen did a professional job from start to finish and I have no hesitation in recommending them.  Given their expertise and experience I have no doubt that my equipment will continue to be well serviced going forward.  "
