"I hired James to build us a Trex deck. While we were waiting forever on our County to finish the permit (no fault on Millions) they built us a hot tub deck to perfect size as well. His foreman Darren was super easy to work with. When a minor change was needed, he rolled with it and knocked it out in no time. No matter the rain, mud, or snow, they worked hard while they were here, and we are so happy with both our decks. Thank you so much Millions, James, Darren and the rest of the team. Excellent job."

They have a top-notch work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for the little details. They also have great personalities which is always a plus. We had another bid done before we called Ryan. R & J Builders Inc bid was by far the best. "These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. I was very pleased with the whole interaction - they were courteous and professional, friendly and hard-working, arriving early and working through the day to get the job done. It was for me an exceedingly good experience with a contractor, and their work is solid. I was nervous as a first time home owner to hire a contractor, for fear of not knowing enough and being taken. I had spoken with several other general contractors and also specific deck builders prior to hiring Modern Exteriors, and each could have built a deck. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking. These guys are a smaller business that build decks for a living, and are very good at it and clearly enjoy each project - like works of art. I highly recommend them."
