They called the next morning and confirmed that the repair team was on its way and two members of Schmitty's staff arrived shortly thereafter, showing up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They were courteous and efficient, and soon had the problem valve apart. It was an older design (40 year old house) and not the brand of valve I'd suggested when I'd called them so they had to go out to obtain the necessary replacement part but they were back soon and the installation went very quickly. The valve works fine now and I'm happy."

The final price ended up being right on with what the estimated price was. They provided all the materials and they cleaned up when they were finished and didn’t leave a mess behind for us to have to clean up.
