"I have been a homeowner in the PNW for nearly 20 years now, & I know how difficult it is to find decent contractors in this area. While preparing my home for sale recently, I had an extensive list of tasks I needed completed that really ran the gamut: from painting, drywall & electrical to trash removal. CJ immediately drafts contract changes so everything you discuss is clearly represented for both parties. There is never any confusion over what needs to be done or pricing; & if there are questions or issues, he faces them head-on. CJ & his team are fantastic: they do great work. They all go the extra mile for you. It is evident that they care about their work from the quality of the results. Another great thing about Cedarbrook is their consistent accessibility: (this is essential & yet seems to make Cedarbrook a unicorn among PNW contractors) CJ is actually reachable & always responds quickly to inquiries. He also uses the Rivet app, so you can track the progress of your projects in real-time. Their pricing is extremely fair & reasonable. Lastly, & this is lovely-he & his employeesâ attitudes are always upbeat & cordial. Thanks to CJ & his team, my house was on the market for a mere four days. It looked like eye candy when they were done. I was proud to show it off & hand it over to the new owners, knowing that the work that had been done to prepare it for them was solid. The bottom line is that Cedarbrook Construction just cannot be beat-they are the BEST contractor, hands down, I have ever used in the PNW!!!"
