Brian came out and did an entire system check of our heating and cooling. We thought initially we needed a new water heater, but he fixed the pilot, and we've had an abundant supply of hot water ever since. After the full test of our ac system, we agreed to get it replaced during the cold season (saved us some serious money). Like clockwork, Brian called and scheduled a day. He completed the jkb same day, left his workspace clean, and installed a new smart thermostat to go along with our new system.
