Where I thought I had only one nest on my back patio, they found 4 more besides that, in various places around the patio and the outside of the house. They even thought to look on the roof in the top of the chimney, where they found the most wasps and used a long-lasting dust there. They removed all the wasp nests and sprayed the areas thoroughly. "I love Arborscape. I've used them for many things around our 30+ year old house. Lots of the landscaping had become overgrown and messy. I first had them cut down a dangerous old cottonwood. I was so happy with their level of service that I purchased a Big Deal for tree/shrub removal. They came out to give me an estimate for the work and just applied the credit towards the estimate. Very easy.
They did the work in two visits, because I wanted to spread out the bills. The first visit, they tore out a thorny bush, a large evergreen bush, a juniper and some cedars. The second visit they tore out a large hedge of bushes along our driveway and ground out the roots. They also ground down a giant cottonwood stump left by the previous owners in the front yard. It was starting to snow as they finished up and they missed a rather large root from the tree. I called and they came back within a couple days.
They did a great job cleaning up after all their work--in fact, there were some places that it was hard to know someone or something (bushes or tree) had even been there.
I'll continue to use them for all our landscaping needs.

Each service visit is $75.  In July  2014, I 2 guests, staying in the guestroom.  When we turned on the thermostat, the living room was cooled.  When we turned on the thermostat in the living room, it too was cooled.  No cooling was present in the guest room.  I realized that the previous serviceman sent by the now defunct Colonial Home Warranty mis-wired the damper control.  AHS refused to send a company working on the damper control, but insisted on sending a company which does not do such work. I was charged $75 for a service call.  This company recommended another company which does damper control work.  The second company came and fixed the wiring problem in 5 minutes, charging me another $75 service fee.  Their regular service call, without home warranty is $85.   

If you  need a/c work, beware that AHS pays only $10 per lb of Freon, while most AC repair companies charge around $50/lb.

Last spring, my dishwasher would not let water in.  The repairman came for 5 minutes and declared that the water shut off switch was slightly sticky.  The deductible was again $75.

I spent a lot of time checking up on various  Home Warranty companies and have not been able to come up with a good company.  I have decided to go without Home Warranty after 2 top ac repair companies assure me that my HVAC will not be out of order in the next couple of years, if I do proper maintenance.
