Tony returned my call that same evening and gave me a quote as to cost and said he would try to come by the end of week. Came when he said he would. The other company who returned my call the next day could not come until the next week and quoted me a price twice as much. Tony was very busy but upon understanding my predicament came to my home ahead of a project he was involved in and was here the next morning and efficiently repaired it and only charged fifteen over quote as a different pipe was needed than how I had described it on the phone and he had to go and get it at a warehouse - only charged me the difference in price not for the extra trip to get it. "Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost.
