"We were desperate in that we had started a bathroom floor tile project (in a home we had just moved into) a week before guests were to arrive.  We were shocked to find that the floor around the toilet was completely eaten away with dry rot which had to be ripped out and replaced.  We decided to call in oodjobsri.com.  Derek took our call and came out on a Saturday to price the job.  Came back the next day (at 9:00 am on a Sunday!) and worked for four hours to rip out two layers of laminate and rotted sub floor, made sure the joists were in good shape, replaced the subfloor with one which we could tile over and left the place looking ten times cleaner than when they arrived.  they were professional, were able to work us in easily and the cost was certainly lower than we expected.  Would highly recommend.

On November 15, 2013 I purchased the Big Deal for $300.00 of roofing and inspection for $149.00. I was not contacted by the contractor and cancelled the purchase 5 days later.

I was visited by the contractor in mid December and he stated that he was very busy and apologized for the non contact. He did

offer to honor the Big Deal for $300.00 of roofing for $149 .00. Repairs were completed to my satisfaction on December 28,2013.
