Galen and his crew arrived on time.  One worked on replacing dry wall and plastered the wall while the others cut out the tree branches and patched the roof.  They also replaced a cracked drain pipe and repaired the back porch roof.  They were all very courteous and professional. "She was very pleased with them. She contacted them and had to leave a message and they contacted her right back. They came out within a week to fix the roof because my brother-in-law was fixing it and he had a stroke. So there was a tarp over it with leakage. It was a necessity and it had to get done right away. She told them that and they said they would be out within a week and they were and they fixed it. The price was very reasonable."

"I saw JP May Construction's Angie's List deal for hardwood refinishing in December and decided to call for an estimate. I had to wait until I had to funds to complete the project, but Jim and his co-worker, Scott, were outstanding. I thought they did a fantastic job on my living room/dining room floors and up the steps, which required a lot of hand sanding. 
They encountered two bad patches of wood, which had pet stains. However, Jim was able to replace these sections and the patches blend right in, so it looks seamless. 
I was so pleased with the floors on the first level and up the steps that I asked if Jim and Scott would be available to refinish the floors for four of my upstairs bedrooms the next week. They completed that job, too, and did excellent work.
In addition, Jim custom built a transition from a hardwood floor to a raised tile floor in our entrance way and he installed a pet door in a basement door that I had been meaning to install, but do not own a jigsaw. 
Overall, the communication was great and Jim and Scott were great to deal with whenever I was around. 
Jim took photos of the floor progress as he went along and texted them to me periodically. It was nice receiving those updates.
