"The service technical arrived on time, actually a little before the agreed upon time, and he was very professional, Dressed very neatly, and he was extremely informative as to what my issue was and how he could repair the issue.  He went over the electrical panel and the outside of my home and gave me estimates to repair, add surge protectors and left the decision as to how I wanted to proceed with the service.  Of course, I decided to have the outside repairs done to the lines coming into my home, but then he gave me a choice as to surge protection for my home, two different prices.  He said I could choose to just to do the repairs to the lines coming into my home, or add one of two surge protectors to my box inside.  No pressure whatsoever.  I choose to do the surge protectors with the 10 year warranty.  I would certainly recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work.
