"Loyd from Snell was out yesterday to perform a routine maintenance/tune-up of my HVAC system, and I will definitely be hiring them again. The appointment was for 9am-1pm and Loyd arrived around 9:30, after both a courtesy email and phone call to let me know he was on his way. He was an absolute professional, answering all of my questions without rushing anything but also performing his work quickly. Besides the actual maintenance, I had a couple questions about airflow throughout my house and Loyd was very helpful in adjusting the duct dampers (and showing me how to do it) which has greatly improved the heating in certain areas of my home. The only non-"A" rating I gave was for how long it took to get an appointment; about five weeks. To be fair though, I didn't schedule the service until late-November, and other companies seemed to have similarly busy schedules. Lastly, as he was cleaning up, Loyd also noticed a small leak in one of my water lines. Not something Snell deals with, but I appreciate that he was looking out for other issues as well. I will definitely be calling Snell again, and probably signing up for their regular maintenance plan."
