"It went very well. The electrician, Danny, was excellent. When an opening in his schedule became available a day earlier than our planned appointment, he called to see if I wanted to take it. I found it much more convenient. As the company had requested, I had ordered and purchased the "fan" in advance. It was composed of parts that fit into the existing fan housing. Danny installed it, but found that style produced a rattling vibration which I did not want. He suggested a style that would perform better and cost only a little more. It included both the interior and exterior parts and dropped down from the roof into the attic. Although it was late in the day and extremely hot, he went to the hardware store, found the new type, and installed it. The cost of the job included the service and the new fan. He helped me pack up the other fan for return to the supplier and also gave me free advice about some unrelated wiring in the attic that was not up to code and would not pass inspection, if I had one in the future. The new fan has a thermostat and is working well."

"Very quick response, answered questions on what options I had for replacing the fixture. Joey was very professional, showed up right on time and finished quickly. He pointed out the one spot that needed touched up, cosmetically, in the ceiling as the new unit was not the same size as the unit I had replaced. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Technicians James and Robert were professional, friendly and informative. I was not sure what the problem with my attic fan was, and after going into the attic (no easy feat in my house), James was able to diagnose the problem ( potential thermostat failure) and then he proceeded to give me 3 options for me to consider if the problem persisted. He even went so far as to go in-line and show me what a replacement thermostat looked like, what the direct cost from the manufacturer would be and how much an instillation by Forrest Healey Electric would be should I decide to replace the thermostat in the future. The lower Customer Service rating was due to the office not keeping me informed as to when I could expect the technicians (I was given a 2 hour window and they didn't come until an hour after the window closed). Again, I see this as a Customer Service issue by the office, not a reflection on the technicians themselves. I would use Forrest Healey Electric in the future and most definitely request James."
