"Excellent. David explained his approach of using spray foam instead of replacing the fiberglass. He was very thorough and researched our area which is in a flood plain. The work was done in a timely, professional manner and with respect to the area, keeping it minimally impacted and cleaned up afterwards. The workers were very professional and courteous. It looks amazing and we are confident it will not only keep the moisture out and save on our thermal bills, but I suspect we will have fewer issues with critters getting into the crawlspace area as well."

"Lets just say our problem is gone. We had our attic floor air sealed and added cellulose insulation to get it to a R49. We also decided to add a radiant barrier to deflect as much heat as possible. The results exceeded our expectations. The installation crew was great! They showed up on time and knew what they were doing. We would definitely recommend Comfenergy to anyone who needs help."

"pleased with the new insulation in my crawl space, any place where a rodent could possibly be entering my crawl space was fixed with foam seal. The crew was efficient and were care of not making a mess when removing the old insulation. I am very happy with this contractor. fully recommend as another contractor came in seemed to make up problems that were not there. For instance a leak that was not there. trust Mark at DMV as he is honest and knowledgeable of the products he sells and I having him back for a estimate to do my attic."

"I had a leak in the roof that damaged my ceiling. Oscar and his team came out quickly and found the source of the problem. They fixed the roof and repaired the ceiling damage. Great job at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely recommend him and hire again for future work around the house."

"I am so impressed with Comfenergy. The sales rep explained why we only needed to improve the insulation at the top of our unfinished basement walls, not the whole thing as another company recommended. So it was considerably less money than we thought we’d need to do the job. Brent and his assistant arrived on time to do the work and were so quiet that we weren’t inconvenienced in any way. I definitely recommend this company."

"Chuck Fisteck was great! He provided great service for my roof damage and explained the work in detail, with recommendations."

"There was a problem initially with the radiant barrier installation - the first crew of two were installing 30" wide rolls lengthwise along the roof end to end  instead of from ridge to eave as the manufacturer recommends and made a couple of other minor mistakes which were easily corrected. After talking to the manufacturer, the sales rep offered to take out what had been installed and re-install according to spec or continue as already done with sealing of all seams and a discount on the job. Done this way, the foil would not have the insulation properties per spec but would provide the radiant barrier I desired. I chose the letter option and the barrier work was continued by another crew on the 2nd day. On the 3rd day the crew finished up with the barrier then blew in the installation.

With the exception of the initial problem, the work was done neatly and professionally by courteous workmen who cleaned up completely after the job was done.

"This is the fourth project that Sunshine Contracting Has done for me. Outstanding finished product, everyone from the office to the installers was very easy to work with, great attention to detail. Highly recommend using Sunshine for your home."

"Marcos Pena (owner of MP Home Repair) and his crew were great! I talked with four contractors before hiring Marcos. He was the only one of the four who wasn't worried about having to soundproof walls. And he knew from the beginning what needed to be done to get the effect I was looking for. They soundproofed two walls in one room -- a wall that faces the street and is subject to a lot of trash truck noise plus a wall that is shared between my townhouse and a neighbor's. MP Home Repair framed out both walls and put up two layers of insulation. One of the walls had ten feet worth of windows, which meant the crew had to re-do the window frame in the process of framing the wall. The window reframing MP Home Repair did was much better looking than the framing that had been done when the windows were installed a few years ago. Plus, Marcos and his crew were super-meticulous about ensuring any gaps around the window were filled in. With the framing done, they put up wallboard and joint compound on the new walls and painted them. I was really impressed with the appearance of the walls and the sound reduction effect. The result is more than a 50% reduction in the noise from the street. The noises from the adjacent townhouse can no longer be heard. I highly recommend MP Home Repair's soundproofing work!"
