"If you are looking for help with your computers or technology, look no further. Contact David Karimi the owner of ProTech PCS. We had two 13 year-old Windows 10 PCs that needed replacing, but we were concerned about what to buy and transferring all our data and files. We contacted ProTech PCS and within a day, David was at our home, looking at our computer set-up and advising us on options/prices. Within a few days, David customized 2 new Windows 11 PCs with 32GB RAM, Intel i7 processors, and 2 drives (1TB and 8 TB) – and the computers were organized just like our old ones – even our desktops! Not only that, but David upgraded our router. He even took a look at our iPhones and iPad to make sure they were set up to maximize privacy, security and power. David is timely, responsive, professional and very good with technology – you can trust him to help you with your technology needs. ProTech PCS gets our highest recommendation! "

"This is the guy you need. He listens, asks questions and listens some more. My computer speed had continued to slow down as my various projects in progress grew in complexity. Computer AI. Google searching, YouTube and savvy friends all pointed to a probable cache and cookie overload. ALL wanted me to follow the 'clear' instructions available everywhere. Problem 1/ ; the six variations of 'clear' do NOT match, much at all. I follow directions exactly as printed and would be rewarded with my 2,417th bluescreen and required restart and possible loss of 60 open tabs over two browsers. Copy and paste each url is not happening. Yes I bookmark each url....amongst 6-10 categories. Vin asked why I do not also create a session folder for each active project saved at the top. BANG, the answer. Graphics card overload. Not cache, cookies or RAM. Simple phone call...and a computer mind meld so he could see what my PC is doing. Now I only need tabs for the immediate project and can shutdown."

"This was a house call and Jean was an extremely gracious visitor. He did a terrific job of understanding my issues and effectively (and patiently) working through and walking me through the de-glitching of several apps and/or my operation of them. He also made sure that I could replicate various steps needed to use the apps effectively. Would definitely enagage him again whenever I had a need."

"I highly recommend Computer Service Solutions. Armen, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and has tremendous attention to detail. In August, my Facebook account was hacked. This was a huge problem because I have over 4,500 contacts and lead 3 groups. Two computer experts worked on my problem for 14 hours--believe it or not. Armen was recommended by a good friend. I’m so glad I contacted him. He used his skills to finally get it back. He even donated his time, because one of my accounts was my non-profit, Project Food. I highly recommend Armen because he won’t give up until the problem is fixed. He’s been in business for 26 years and has served over 6,000 clients. You can reach him at armen@cssva.com. You can check him out on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ComputerServiceSolutionsInc"
