"Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. Rich assured me that his crews are very trustworthy; since I couldn't be home on the day of installation, I really had no choice. RIBA is bonded & insured. When I returned home all of the windows were in place. I noticed shoes by the door; they took them off as not to mar or soil my hardwood floors & carpet. I didn't ask. When finished they cleaned up...everything. The window quality was exactly what I ordered; the trim work was over & above what I expected; excellent work. I would (and have) highly recommend RIBA for home improvement work. Looking forward to my new RIBA roof next month."

"I needed to repair, replace and paint exterior trim and panels and replace storm door. Mark Meredith promptly responded to my inquiry, visited for inspection, and provided the proposal, including material/labor and a list of work to be done in a timely manner. He maintained contact with me and showed up with crew at the time and day he promised. When they discovered rotten wood, they clearly explained the problem, offered a remedy, and completed the repair at additional cost that was reasonable. Their work was thorough. In additional to overall process, I also liked some minor extra long overdue repairs they performed when they noticed. I would hire Mark Meredith again for other projects."

"Angel came to our home and did multiple jobs including installing a coffered ceiling in our 20 foot double story family room, doing wall paneling, installing crown molding, building built ins in the closet, and installing a back splash in our kitchen. He is incredibly professional and willing to work with whatever ideas you might have. He went above and beyond and found scaffolding for our tall ceilings which others weren't willing to do. He allowed our painters and electricians to use this as well which ultimately saved us costs in other parts of our project. His quotes are fair and he is always quick to respond. He spent two hours with us helping us design what we wanted and his work was impeccable and completed on time as promised. I would highly recommend him to anyone."

"Exceptional Service from JW Home Improvement – A Review Worth Writing Let me start by saying I hate writing reviews, but after the service I just received, I felt absolutely compelled to share my experience. A few days ago, that dreaded moment happened. Our garbage disposal finally gave out. With four daughters, a wife, plenty of spoons, and after years of loyal service, it had officially met its match. I had tried finding quality and trustworthy people and did what anyone would do—asked family and friends. That’s when I remembered JW Home Improvement doing my parents’ deck. They had nothing but great things to say about the experience, so I gave JW a call. After a few frustrating calls with unreliable handymen, I called JW Home Improvement and spoke with James Hinton, who promptly scheduled Jesse and Josh to come assess the situation. Thank God I did. Jesse Wertjes and Josh Metz came out, assessed the situation, and gave me three different options at varying price points. That level of transparency and choice immediately built my trust. With a full family in the house, I opted for the Cadillac of disposals, one that can apparently grind chicken bones, which feels like a necessary feature at this point. From there, Angela Redd, the project coordinator, called to schedule the installation. When our appointment day arrived, so did a snowstorm. Impressively, Angela let me know the tech was still willing to make the call. I chose to reschedule because I didn’t want anyone driving in those conditions, but the dedication spoke volumes. On the rescheduled day, Weldon Harris, the office manager, personally called me in the morning to update me that the technician, Fernando, was running a little behind due to another job taking longer. I didn’t mind at all because the communication was spot on, which to me is one of the most important aspects of good service. When Fernando arrived, he introduced himself and immediately got to work. Everything was smooth until we realized the manufacturer had provided the wrong power cord. Instead of cutting corners, Fernando ran out to Home Depot to get a heavier-duty replacement. That kind of attention to detail blew me away. And the service didn’t stop there. Janice Chuck in billing made the payment process seamless, taking care of everything right away. Later, Luis Molina even followed up to ensure the entire process had gone smoothly and asked if I’d be willing to leave a review. Absolutely. This was my first time using JW Home Improvement, but it definitely won’t be my last. I’m already scheduling an estimate with them for a bathroom remodel and kitchen cabinet revamp. If this is how well they handle a garbage disposal install, I can only imagine how smooth my remodels will go. JW Home Improvement isn’t the cheapest company I spoke to, and I didn’t pick the cheapest option, but I got exactly what I paid for. Top-tier service, communication, and quality workmanship. "It took a little time for the project to start due to the coronavirus, once they started the work was completed very timely. The windows were installed in less than a day. The capping if the trim started as the window work finished. I a matter of a week the trim was complete. The gutter installation took another day. The work crews were very professional, they explained what they were going to do before they started and they cleaned up as soon as they were done. I would recommend HCR for this kind of project."
