"Went amazing, Nick (highly recommend) came out to assess the situation on my 18 yr old (double drawer) dishwasher... he was careful not to break anything in the process, began trouble shooting parts, found out that likely due to heat and moisture of a dishwasher - the connector on one of the controller boards seems to not making good enough contact. He cleaned the connectors on both drawers before reassembly, and I had two fully working 18 yr old drawers on the spot with no new parts needed. Nick was also helpful to recommend brands that were less likely to see repair after purchase, I wasn't sure if I'd go with Fisher & Paykel again in the future - but I've had so few problems, and even now at 18 yrs the machines are working like new... so with Nick's insightful inputs, I'll probably upgrade to the latest Fisher/Paykel double-drawer model when I get to that point. I'm an engineer by trade, so I already know many of the likely appliance trades - and Nick of Sterling Appliance did a great job... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others, especially if you no idea about the appliances and need to trust the repair service. :) Nick did a wonderful job, explaining what his concerns were - and wasn't pushing a bunch of unnecessary alternatives... he was there to help me understand how to move forward."

"They very responsive, cordial and came ahead of time. The repair man Jason was respectful of my home and cleaned up after the job. His job was a little (maybe a lot) more difficult because we tried to fix the oven ourselves. We took a lot of pieces apart, had many screws laying around but couldn t remember how to put it all back together. Tough job that most people would turn down! He even cleaned my oven which clearly needed it! I will definitely hire them again. Thank you Omar and Jason for your great service!"

"This service was outstanding in every way. Mo repaired our microwave that a box store repair said the broken spindle could not be repaired five years ago and the oven was no longer made. Last week it sparked and entirely quit heating . I called Ace Appliance Service on a Thursday afternoon. Mo came by on Friday morning, looked the microwave over, said he could get the parts and repair both the spindle and heating problem. He got the parts on Monday and repaired the over on Tuesday morning. So much for the big box outfit. Mo is a pro in every way. He will be my first go-to for any appliance problem."

"They came the same day that I contacted them and identified the problem which was the oven thermostat. Came back the following day and replaced it. They sent me a tracker so I knew exactly when they repair person would arrive. All went well, no delays. Also gave me advice on another issue I had. I liked that they were honest about value for money and whether it was worth fixing something vs replacing it altogether. The price was comparable to other work that I have had done. The problem is that overall prices are too high in this area and I doubt I would have found a better deal if I had shopped around. I the end, I paid the price of half a range just to have a part replaced. I will certainly hire them again since they are prompt, professional, and honest."

"Very please with Hamed's service. Came out the same day I called. The dishwasher needed a replacement pump that would take 2 to 3 days to come in. The pump cam in the next day and Hamed came back out that same day and fixed the dishwasher. GREAT SERVICE!!!"
