"Very well, he came out last Friday, they were on time. Armin Rios was very thorough, very confident and very clean and he replaced the pipe. We hadn't asked for him to replace the pipe, but he said this pipe needs to be replaced he was very efficient. He installed a garbage disposal and a faucet."

"Excellent complete job (slab leak) from rerouting water pipes, to drywall repair and painting for a very fair price."

"Exceeded our expectations in all ways. Made excellent recommendations, workmanship was excellent. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Work done on time and on budget, no surprises. Would highly recommend."

"Mega Power was great! I hired them to go solar on my house and the solar analyst that came out was very helpful from day one. He was not just simply a sales guy he gave me his personal cell phone that I was able to call anytime if I had questions or wanted updates about my project.
My project was about 6 kW and consisted of 22 panels, each panel was 275 Watts. What I loved about these guys is that all the products they installed were American made products, warrantied for 25 years! Working with Jonathan (our sales guy) was another reason I chose to go with Mega Power. Every step of the way Jonathan was informative, and just professional from day 1. Price quotes with other companies were similar, so I simply chose the company that provided me the best service before signing anything."

"Three men were sent to get everything cleaned up in a day. They also arranged for the plumber to go and make the pipe repair the next morning so that my tenants were not inconvenienced for more than one day. They did a very good job cleaning and sanitizing the area."

"They did a good job, and we were pleased."

"They did come out and do the work. Its been a year since I had them out I know I spent more, I had them do more work. They actually clean out and did a couple of faucets for me and they ended up breaking a counter top. And they had quite a time getting it resolved. They didn't want to pay for the, they broke a sink that's what they broke. The bathroom had two matching sinks and they couldn't match the sink and they didn't want to pay for two of them, they just wanted to do one and put an un matching sink in there. So I ended up paying for one sink, they paid for another and then they installed the faucets but it was not a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing."

"Typically interior or exterior work requires protection and he's very good at that as well as cleaning up after the work. I've used 13 or 14 times on my own properties. Have referred to other and the last was tickled and happy as well."

"He performed the job as promised. He works out of his home and that took me aback but he behaved professionally."

"I called and he came out the next morning.  He installed my new garbage disposal and replaced a leaking hose.  He was very courteous and did a good job.  I would not hesitate to call him again.
