"Great! During this COVID-19 pandemic, I felt respected and safe during this annual A/C inspection. I was able to arrange with the tech assistant for him to work totally OUTSIDE of my house. He worked on the compressors outside, while I turned on the AC units inside, following his instructions and communicating with him by mobile phone. Also, I cleaned/vacuumed all filters inside by myself, and showed him through a (closed) window in my house how clean they were! He approved them and said I'd done a great job. We did a great job together, and I can't thank Chris enough for his professionalism and safety measures. He even word gloves and mask outside. He also allowed me the opportunity to look at what he had done, and what the duct cleaning company had or had not done. "It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"I contacted The Builders &Cleaners of CT for a gutter cleaning. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day of my phone call. Initially I didn?t get an answer and I?m not big on leaving messages for a service but David promptly returned my call. He was pleasant and accommodating and I was able to get an appointment the next day. They showed up as scheduled and was quick and thorough. They even provided pictures of the finished work. I will recommend and use The Builders & Cleaners of CT again."

"I had the equipment replaced, a brand new, super high efficiency, fancy, lovely stuff. It's a central air system, and it's Lennox equipment. It's high efficiency. You can get it for less than that, but you're not gonna get the high efficiency quiet and all that kind of stuff. I had received other quotes which were like more money for the same system. I have been using them since 1986. No complaints. They do their thing, and I can't fault them. I have a service contract with them for this."

"We used Schede to replace our central air conditioner. Overall, we are satisfied with the new system and the price but the customer service was not satisfying. I think they did everything we needed in terms of the mechanical work. But they should better train their office help. After we agreed on the installation date, I asked what time the crew would arrive that morning. They gave a vague answer so I asked again the next day. But they arrived two hours later than expected. After they were done, we discovered that we needed a minor adjustment and scheduled a time for them to come. An hour after they were due, I called and was told they were not coming that day. The next day was the same – I called after they were overdue and was told they were not coming that day. They finally came the third day. The technician solved the problem and was apologetic. But it was quite frustrating that they did not come as scheduled and did not initiate the call to say they would be late or there was a problem."
