The simultaneous pressing of fridge and freezer worked perfectly. The flashing error codes went away! Mark was so thoughtful and thorough as we discussed pros and cons of replacing the ice maker. Because of the age of the fridge and the unreliability of that Samsung ice maker, the answer was “No”. All of the help on the phone was free of charge since I didn’t need a service call. I will call Mark immediately if I have any need for tv, washer/dryer, or any other appliance problem. Mark was “old school” courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I offer services such as furniture building, home appliance repairs (ovens, refrigerators, freezers, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, water heater, A/C, furnace, sump pump, etc) small scale plumbing or drainage projects/repairs (exterior storm water drainage, pvc/copper piping- I do not do cast iron, faucets, etc). I can install new appliances, but might need help lifting and setting the appliance (I do not dispose of old appliances).
