"Dan, the owner, knew that this was a big job and wanted to devote the right amount of time to this project, so he took care of a lot of little jobs first before getting to mine. He is busy. He was replacing all of my aluminum siding with vinyl siding, as well as my gutters, down spouts and vents. He also came across some minor weather related damage and took care of it. He is detailed in his work and wishes to please the customer with the best workmanship he can offer. He was there working alongside his crew. Instead of coming back on a Monday, like other contractors would have done, he finished the job on a Saturday. Cleaned up thoroughly. I will be recommending him to my entire family and friends. Great professionalism and easy to work with. All in all, a great experience. Worth every penny! Great job, Dan. Thank you."

"Removed old light fixtures and installed recessed/canned lighting. Fixed some bad tap areas and cracks in ceilings and painted ceilings. We are extremely happy with the work. The work was completed as promised. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They took great care in covering and protecting our furniture and even swept and mopped on their way out. We plan to hire LTB again for future projects."

"Tom did a great job installing a replacement microwave and trim kit into a custom built cabinet, replacing a really old bathroom exhaust fan and replacing 8 electrical outlet boxes from 2 prong to 3 prong outlets. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and worked efficiently!! It was nice to have it all taken care of in a day."

"JL painting did a fantastic job. They pressure washed everything, caulked all wood joints and replaced damaged wood before painting. Two coats were applied. They painted the trim, gutters, downspouts, garage doors, and my shed. They also caulked around all of the windows and garage doors. They left no mess behind, and when they were done, I asked if they would install a chimney cap I had bought. They were happy to help! I’ll hire them again in the future."

"Jeff came over for an evaluation within a few days and provided an estimate within 2 weeks from the first call. He replaced three rotted wooden exterior panels with 1/4” rot free PVC sheets and added a trim to make them look even better than before. Microwave installation was straightforward. He was conscious about in keeping the kitchen clean."
