"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Nathan with Appliance Tech is very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and took care of my repair just as he promised. He’s very ethical and you can depend (and recommend) him without hesitation."

"Chris arrived at exact appointment time, made quick diagnosis of my freezer issue, and repaired my problem in 30 minutes. Appliance Tech of East Texas is my go to appliance repair company. Second time I have used them. They are superb."

"Unfortunately, this contractor did not service our rural area. They did respond to us very quickly with their apologies. Thumbs up for customer service. Most contractors in this area wouldn't respond at all!"

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"They don't use the same contractor. You don't always get the best. It's cheaper for major repairs. They cover everything, parts, labor."

"Cost too much. Sloppy job on repairing brick work."

I'm 26 years old. I speak both English/spanish. I have a truck and tools suitable for the kind of work I do during the week, when I have time off, I like to do side jobs to help people with work,(at a decent price) that most actual companies would charge a arm and a leg for, for the same quality!
