"We called Simple Solutions at 2:30 PM, and Kenneth was here by 4:30 PM despite the adverse driving conditions of snow and ice on the roads. Our new hot water tank was installed by 6:00 PM. He was available when no one else was and he was fast and courteous with reasonable pricing. Thanks to Kenneth we will have hot showers through the 2014 snowstorm and beyond.
