"I contacted this company almost 2 years ago. The “training” they provide is not training. It’s a piece of paper they give you to train your own dog. My dog is medium sized and he became very nervous and didn’t want to go out. I called several times and after they get your money they don’t care. The put the line in right after winter, but the ground was frozen in the back stil so they told me they would come back and dig when the ground was thawed. They never did. I had to call them and they acted like I was bothering. Then after I finally got my dog ok with going on with the collar he got out the yard a couple of times. I checked the collar and it wasn’t working. I reported this to them and they kept telling me make sure it’s charged. I finally recorded that it was fully charged and not working. He came out a week later and tried to tell me it was the collar and I showed him the video and he rocked the box and it was the box. Use another company please!"

"Larry was absolutely amazing. His prices were very fair and reasonable! We were very late with responding to our quote due to some personal issues and even 6 months later the price didn't increase. He checked the material prices and said they didn't change and our quote was valid. Many people would have upcharged at that point and taken advantage! Then, once we told him we wanted to continue he was quick to respond and came out within a week. He was professional, fun to talk to and very good at his trade. The fence came out beautiful and we could not have been more happy. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Start to finish, wish I had never called them to install a fence for my daughter. 15 weeks from contract to installation, had to come back due to incredibly poor work, missing parts, gaps that her dog could fit through that my husband had to fix, no showed for the first fix and wasted my time going to meet them, left numerous pieces and parts in the yard when they left, terrible communication, rude employees. But they took off $200 from a $4600 job! So I guess that should make it all better. All around the worst company I've ever dealt with. Would give them zero stars if I could."

"We had a privacy fence installed well over a month ago! From the time they arrived, It was a complete mess! Was repeatedly told they could not install the fence as what was originally planned! Came down to, they didn’t want to be bothered! Hours later, someone else shows up and they flew thru it! Within a few days, we found boards that were not nailed & large gaps between the boards!!!! I’ve been calling twice a week for over a month with NO RETURN CALL from Scott the owner!!!! REALLY, the OWNER can’t find 5 minutes in over a month to return a call!!!! By far, the worst customer service and company we have ever dealt with!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!! Once they have your money, their done!!!"
