"It was a small job, mold inside a closet which was a build-out over a concrete garage.  He decided it was caused by moisture rising from the curing concrete, to be remediated by covering the concrete with plastic and venting the area above.  He re-insulated the closet wall at our request, which probably was not necessary.  It took about four hours.  How did it go?  Time will tell.  If mold comes back, then I will update this review.  Until then, we are very satisfied.

The workers were very professional and very respectful of my property and house. Shoutout to Hunter who answered all questions thoroughly and didn’t mind at all how many I had as he was working! They showed up on time and worked all day, barely taking breaks. And so far, and we’ve had a few rainy days, we have had no water in our basement. "In response to my initial email inquiry, Eric, the owner, came to the house and we discussed all of the issues and how they would deal with them. He took measurements and pictures and was very professional, polite and encouraging. Within a few days he emailed me a very precise and detailed proposal outlining all three jobs and the estimated cost. I immediately accepted. Adam came to the house and took some more measurements and pictures and said the work would begin the following week and take three days. The required permits were taken care of right away. As scheduled, Paul (the onsite foreman), Lloyd and TJ showed up and began to work. Braces were installed against the basement wall after the cracks were repaired. On the exterior a French drain was put in along the side of the house extending to the ditch out front. The old walkout was excavated and a new permentry door was installed. The work went as planned with no problems and was finished in three days. All debris was taken care of and they cleaned up when they were through. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Adam followed up the day after the work was completed to see if I was satisfied and to answer any additional questions. I also must give kudos to Cynthia, the office manager, who made the paperwork and payment process smooth and effortless. The quality of the work and the quality of the employees is just exceptional.

"Mario came on time to give the estimate. He was slightly below what others would charge. I didn't have anything fancy done, just a front porch a couple different levels.
At times he did come late in the morning. He was always friendly, polite and always willing to listen to my ideas.
I didn't realize how quickly one has to work once the cement is poured. Because Mario was the only one working I was a bit concerned our porch would not come out as well as we had hoped.  Mario worked fast and very hard to make certain all looked good before the cement hardened.   All in all the porch looks wonderful and I will definitely recommended him to others and use him in the future if needed.

"We started a kitchen remodel two years ago.  Long story short, the initial contractor did an awful job and I was turned down by two new contractors because they didn't want to deal with all of the leftover mess (things not done to code, not done correctly, inspector issues and so on).  But, from the moment I met Dave I was impressed with how he handled the situation.  Things started to go as planned and we hit another bump in the road.  This time, it was us and we needed to pay cash for a big chunk of the job so we needed time to save money in between each step.  Dave was very understanding and gave us the time we needed and we proceeded step by step over the next year or so.  We are now finally finishing the job and I am very happy with our service.  Phil, the designer on our job, has been a life saver.  He has helped me with everything and has even provided moral support when I needed it.  He knew when to help me see his point and when to see mine.  He has been a blessing.  In addition, the project manager, Ric, has been amazing.  Not only does he do quality work, but he has been excited for us knowing what we have gone through.  His work is excellent and he is clean and careful and extremely thoughtful while in our home.  He has been an absolute delight to work with.  I respect these men very much.  There have been a few workers I have not been happy with (on some other small jobs that arose over the last year or so), but most things were handled and worked out.  "
