"I found out this morning that my supply line from the water meter was broken. After several competitors couldn't fit me in for days, I called BFP and they got me on today's schedule, so I wouldn't be without water. Gary was awesome, he explained the situation based on what he feared the issue was (needed to replace whole supply line into the house from the road). Turned out to me much less serious (existing line could be repaired). He wasn't pushy about add-ons and didn't try to scare me into doing more than was necessary, which is rare for service techs nowadays. The repair was still very expensive, but I didn't have time to shop around for low-ball bids, I was without service. I'd still recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and even more strongly recommend requesting Gary, he was awesome."

"This is the 2nd house I have had Robert install an entire AC/Heater Unit in. This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. I appreciated that level of detail versus other companies that would just "punch in an order" and worry about it later. He will not try and sell you on things you dont want or need and was great to work with to try and save me a few bucks. I remember the first house he installed an AC/Heating unit in, he said "I live in this town and will definitely see my customers in the same grocery store and restaurants and dont want people to have anything other than a positive experience doing business with me". "They were quick to return my phone call and had a technician out the same day. He diagnosed the problem right away and contacted the water heater manufacturer to find out if we were still under warranty. We were, but the part had to be ordered, which took a couple days since the service call was on a Friday. Monday morning I heard back from them, the part was in, and they sent a tech to install it. It only took about 20 minutes to make the repair, and the hot water is up and running again. $225 seems a bit pricey for labor since the part was covered by warranty. But their work was great, quick; great punctuality, no complaints there.

"Solid, reliable, expert service!!! Last April, at a time when it seemed we would not be able to get a dishwasher fixed, we called All Better Appliance. What seemed like an unrepairable condition for the dishwasher was diagnosed quickly, and parts ordered. Along with the expert diagnosis, was needed guidance that the dishwasher was worth fixing. A few days later, the part arrived, we were called, and Bruce returned. The repair was done quickly, and affordably. More recently, our clothes dryer had a serious problem. A control module malfunctioned, and nearly started an electrical fire. Again we called All Better Appliance, and asked for Bruce. They were very responsive, and had Bruce there the next day. Another fix or replace decision had to be made. With appliance availability to purchase very limited, fixing seemed to be our quickest option. The part for repair, although delayed by a day, arrived the day before we were traveling. Bruce extended his day to accommodate our repair and fixed the dryer allowing us the chance to finish packing clean clothes. Thanks to All Better Appliance and Bruce for exemplary and timely service at both times we really needed it. Highest recommendation!"

"It ended up being a service call because the toilet was running and I couldn't figure out why.  So, the plumber fixed it.  He found out that the chain was not working.  He was on time.  He was very nice.  He was very professional.  He was good.  He said that if I needed anything else, he would take the service call charge off the next service.  I did have some other issues.  That was really nice.  The quality of service was good.  The price was nice; it wasn’t that expensive.  I had a friend who had a water-leaking problem two days ago and I recommended Advantage Plumbing."
