They took the time to TRULY listen to our concerns and address our biggest concerns. Chally’s is very committed to doing a quality job both where it can’t be seen (foundation and footings) and also on all the finishing touches. They even made suggestions to move a gutter downspout around a corner so they wouldn’t have to cut out a portion of the floor boards. They even took up and replaced boards surrounding an outward jutting bay window themselves (without prompting from me) because it didn’t meet THEIR standards. Overall really great quality at a reasonable price!! I’ve already asked them for a quote on my next project!"
